Hello folks - I recently received a recipe in the mail that came with

my power bill. It's for a Fruity Protein Smoothie and is non-dairy.

Here goes: half cup frozen strawberries (or berries of your choice),

half cup orange juice, 2 tablespoons honey, 4 ounces silken soft tofu,

half banana - peeled and sliced, and half cup crushed ice. Place all

ingredients in blender and process until smooth. Serve immediately.

Makes 2 servings (1 cup each). Dietary info: Carb's - 36 grams, 163

calories, cholesterol - 0 mg, total fat - 2 grams, and sodium - 5 mg.
