It's for a Fruity Protein Smoothie and is non-dairy. Here goes: half cup frozen strawberries (or berries of your choice), half cup orange juice, 2 tablespoons honey, 4 ounces silken soft tofu, half banana - peeled and sliced, and half cup crushed ice. Place all ingredients in blender and process until smooth. Serve immediately. Makes 2 servings (1 cup each).
