i started curves last week, and i have went everyday, but i noticed

that i am worn out and dont feel like going to the track afterward..

So i was just wondering about how maybe some of you do it.. Do you

work out certain # of days a week, and walk a certain # of weeks, or

do you do both??? what do you reccommend?
