Guest guest
Yeah no kidding. I got a bill from the lab after my last blood draw for checkup with my surgeon. Apparently it wasn't coded correctly so my insurance denied the claim. Bill was for $496. I called and had it resubmitted. Got the " new " bill today. Insurance paid them $81.80 and I owe $9.08. Now, I'm glad insurance covered it and I'm happy with my new share but haven't figured out yet why insurance gets to pay $81 but I was expected to pay $496. It's all a big racket... S. -130 lbs. Guest guest
, What insurance do you have? Can you go online and look at what their provisions are? Ask them if that is in writing and make them show it to you. Other than that hopefully someone else on here will have an answer.
