Guest guest
I think something weird is happening with my yogurt, every time I add honey to it it gets incredibly runny, almost like water, and I can't seem to get it sweet enough no matter how much honey I add. Does anyone have some suggestions? Thanks, Amber
Guest guest
When do you add the honey- you are not supposed to add anything to it before you ferment it. Dripping the yogurt makes it thicker and less runny. You could make it, drip it, then add honey. Guest guest
Amber, do you put it in the fridge for about 8 hours after it is fermented? Whenever you take yogurt out of the container the next time you go to use it there is a water pool in there. Yogurt easily seperates. You won't find that if you drip the water out of the yogurt first. What percent fat is your milk? The less fat in it the thinner it will be also.
