Guest guest
Hello everyone I want to thank this group for all the help and support it has given me. I've been a member since my journey begin back in July 03, my surgery was on April 19th. I had Upper jaw advancement to correct the under-bite associated with a small backwardly positioned upper jaw. Superiorly reposition the upper jaw to correct the vertically excessive downward growth of the upper jaw and diminish the long facial appearance. Surgically widen the upper jaw to eliminate the crossbite associated with inadequate width of the upper jaw. I couldn't be happier that I actually had it done. I get some weird responses from the people that knew me sometimes only because they don't recognize me. But they always tell me how great I look. Even the girls at my surgeons office that work in the office didn't recognized me when I went back for my follow-up appointment. The change was a dramatic, in the good way. I will post some before and after photos when I can figure out how to use my scanner. I just want to tell everyone that is just starting this treatment to stay positive and it will be over before you even know it. I'm available at SweetInnocen69 yahoo Instant Messenger if you guys and girls have any questions. I want to thank everyone here, my surgeon, orthodontist, dentist, friends and family and last and not least GOD for letting be here now telling my story.
