Guest guest
Zack I lost a total of 23 pound while being wired shut. I have been unwired for 5 week now, and I have gained back 4 pounds. However, I expected this, and I seem to have stopped gaining now. Fortunatley, it is not real easy to eat still, so I can't eat all that I would if it were easy. This alone helps me to keep from gaining weight. I definitely can't eat as much as I used to at one sitting. I think my stomach may have shrunk while being wired shut. I think you can expect to gain a couple of pounds back, but as long as you don't go crazy, you should be okay. > I have a few questions for those who have been unwired.
