Sara,

You have got me worried because my OS feels that I will be able to go

to work after 2 weeks and my job requires constant talking all day

where people can hear me behind a thick bullet proof glass. How in

the heck am I going to manage that one with that splint in my mouth?

Hopefully by then you will have learned some tricks and can share

with me...(haha)

I hope someone can help you out with some good suggestions!
