Klondike Carb-smart Ice cream

I have had the Carb smart ice cream and its nasty...

Have any of you tried the carb-smart ice cream bars? The box says it is

sweetened with splenda, but it has 5 net grams of carbs. (sugar, 5

......sugar alcohol 2). Is it alright for us, or is that too much sugar?

I think I must be pre-period, because for the first time since surgery,

I find myself wanting something sweet. Of course, having 9 skinney kids

eating ice cream in front of me doesn't help!!! :-)

I have tried them and love them, but I don't have much of a sugar

intollerance. I seem to do just fine with sugar, I just choose not to eat

it. Not sure it that will help you or not. : )
