Outpatient othognathic sugery?

My insurance just denied my claim for my jaw sugery which was

schedueled for June 14th. So now my only option is to have the surgery

as an outpatient at my oral sugeron's surgical suite. Im having just

my upper jaw moved. Has anyone had this type of sugery done as

outpatient and will i be able to function normally the first night

after the surgery?
