Any pre and post surgical advice?

This is my first time posting. I have my surgery date (July 19) and I

cannot even express how nervous I am. I feel like this is all I think

about and it is very draining.

I am having my lower jaw lengthened, upper widened and my chin button

shaved down.

Everything seems so overwhelming right now.

I have no idea what to expect after the surgery. Can anyone enlighten

me? Does anyone have any suggestions what I should have in the house

to prepare for post surgery?

I would appreciate any advice you have to offer.
