The pumpkin pie recipe (just do the filling) in BTVC is really good! You can sub

butternut squash. It calls for yogurt, and I drip it to get as much of the

tanginess out as possible.

Lemon curd is also really good. Oh, and cherry clafouti! It calls for a small

amount of coconut flour. The recipe is at

nd-gluten-free.html . Just make sure you use baking soda, NOT powder.

What's wrong with Bob's? That's what I've used in the clafouti.

Thank you all, I'm gonna try the clafouti today :)))

And the lemon curd was a good idea as well. With meringue to serve with !
