Guest guest
The pumpkin pie recipe (just do the filling) in BTVC is really good! You can sub butternut squash. It calls for yogurt, and I drip it to get as much of the tanginess out as possible. Lemon curd is also really good. Oh, and cherry clafouti! It calls for a small amount of coconut flour. The recipe is at http://www.thenourishinggourmet.com/2009/06/5-dish-cherry-clafouti-grain-dairy-a\ nd-gluten-free.html . Just make sure you use baking soda, NOT powder. Guest guest
What's wrong with Bob's? That's what I've used in the clafouti.
