Guest guest
Eileen Not sure if anyone has already replied, but chloride and sulfate are indicators of the ingredient being a chemical compound, a particular form of the ingredient in question. For example, table salt is sodium chloride, calcium sulfate is water-soluble. I rarely see these two terms on their own, since they are indicators of the chemical structure of the ingredient. Without knowing which particular ingredient in your liquid selenium is in a chloride or sulfate form, it is usually OK when included in a supplement. In other words, these two chemical compounds are not automatically SCD-illegal. So, OK for you to use, although start off cautiously in case your body detects the different brand of selenium. No guarantee that your own body will tolerate the supplement containing a chloride and/or a sulfate, but that is true of everything, isn’t it? Kim M.
