Guest guest Posted July 17, 2010 Report Share Posted July 17, 2010 I learned a lot when I worked retail and, consequently, second the suggestion made to write to someone a level or two up in the corporate higherarchy. You just don't know what may be going on at the store level. Each of us CAN make this world a better place, though, by letting folks KNOW when we receive poor service like that. Whole Foods DOES care but as any corporation grows it becomes harder and harder to have good quality control over the folks in the nether reaches. You will benefit yourself and your whole community by letting " higher " folks know about the local problem. Well, the last time I was in WF I noticed they are stocking DCCC, but I didn't buy any since I have found other sources.
