Effects of upper/lower surgery on skin around eyes

Hi all,

I'm still eagerly awaiting a surgery date for my upper, lower, and

arthroplasty surgery. My surgeon's preliminary plan is to move my

upper jaw up a couple of millimeters, forward 4-5 millimeters, and my

lower jaw forward 12 millimeters and rotated up a bit. My question

is, how will this surgery effect the skin around my eyes? I'm only

31, but have wrinkled/dark circles under my eyes (actually the skin is

like crepe paper). Call me vain, but I'm worried that jaw surgery

will make the skin around my eyes even more wrinkled! What can I do

about this?

Thanks for your advice.

Molly
