The encouragement and words of wisdom are priceless. , as to your question to what my secret is.... EXERCISE, EXERCISE, EXERCISE!!!. I workout 4-6 days a week for 1-2 hours. I mix it up. Sometimes cardio, sometimes weight training, etc. I also still eat very little and make a concious effort to not snack. If I feel head hungry, I drink water. Thats another thing, all I drink is WATER WATER WATER. Occasionally I will have decaf ice tea of once in a great while I will have decaf coffee. Maybe these are the reasons why I have lost so fast, then again maybe not. Who really knows. I am still in awe of it. The thing that I am most suprised about is the lack of sagging skin, which doesn't bother me:). Well time to hit the gym. Thanks again to all of you. You guys are the best!!
