Guest guest
If it taste to good to be true, it probably is. It seems that it is rather high in fat and sugar content and loaded with calories. I am sure that Mc's has the nutritional information. All you need to do is ask. Welllll, if you thought the ones in the grocers were high in carbs, you'd better sit down! Mc's 11.9 ounce (With granola): 76 g carbs, of wich 49 g is sugar 10.9 ounce (without granola): 53 g carbs, 40 are sugar Snack size with granola: 30 carbs, 21 are sugar Snack size without granola: 25 crabs, 19 are sugar I can't eat them without dumping. I like them, but I can't eat them unless I'm gong to be sleeping very soon. ~~ Lyn G
