Guest guest
Okay, I know I never write anything or at least not very often but I do read daily and know I have a question. Yesterday my pcp called and told me my liver enzymes where high on my yearly blood test. Now this has happened before weight loss surgery and both times as yesterday I was in excruciating pain in my right side about where you get a gallbladder attack. (Mine is gone). So they said since I was in pain I should be seen. I went in and they took another blood test and my enzymes had went from 70 something to 391 since Friday. I am know waiting on my blood test and going to have a cat scan on Thursday. Anyone else have this happen and what are the causes and what is the treatment. Now my second question is that my pcp said that I am not absorbing cholesterol and this means I am slowly starving to death. I said laughing well that won't happen for a while. My level says it is 92. I would think that not absorbing cholesterol is a good thing because isn't cholesterol bad for you ? Thank you for any help you can give me I am going to ask my surgeon on Friday about this so I will let you know what he says too. B. Surgery date 7/23/03 310/190/150?
