Guest guest
Well, I survived my TT. They ended up having to do a hernia repair and some liposuction on my hips (they didn't like the way the incision was blending with the contours of my body so they lipo'd to make it a smoother transition). The Surgeon came out and told that THIS time the hernia was REALLY repaired. An interesting comment. <grin> I have two drains in my pubic area.....all is well there. They don't hurt, and since I am currently not going ANYWHERE...they aren't a nuisance. The binder they put on me at the hospital is a pain in the entire torso...not just the butt. LOL Can't wait until Wed. when they change my dressings and I can put one of the binders on that I bought. At least those are woman shaped....not telephone poll shaped. Much to my surprise the pain meds they have given me have actually constipated me. So, I am grateful for the stool softeners. I usually have very loose bowels so this is a new experience for me. Sneezing is NOT a good thing and neither is coughing. Laughing isn't so hot either. Guest guest
Hi Debbie! So, have you had a chance to actually see the new shape yet? Pretty cool, isn't it? We missed you in Vegas, but at least you had a good excuse! ) Hugs, in NJ ********************** > Well, I survived my TT.
