Guest guest
my intestines were a nightmare because of the antibiotic and because i wasn't eating that much. i found that the more i could get down - the better my stomach felt. i think it's especially good to eat/drink yogurt (they even have yogurt based shakes). when i had my break down on day 10 - it was not because of my face really...but because my stomach and the damn yeast infection (sorry it's gross but another antibiotic thing) were just making me miserable. would it help if you cut the gadorade with water? i know that would mean drinking twice as much...but i know certain tastes just were too strong for me. if i think of anything else - i'll let you know! hugs again -becky
Guest guest
I'm wondering, too, whether pedialyte might be more tasty and/or palatable to you. I've never tasted it, but don't they use it to replenish electrolytes in babies threatened with dehydration? Might be worth asking about if you keep on having troubles. But I'm hoping they're all gone before you get this note.
