Guest guest
Do you have, or can you get, a small electronic timer? That could solve the problem of time lapse between band changes. Friends gave me one that fits on a key ring -- it also helps me avoid parking tickets! Cammie > I had my 2nd visit with the OD today since being unwired. Guest guest
I just try to change them with each meal. That seems to keep me on track. Even if I only drink something, I still use that meal as my reminder to change. I also change them before bed time, and when I wake up in the morning after brushing. That is actually more often than every 6 hours, but they said the more you change them the stronger the elastics are, and the better results you get. > > I had my 2nd visit with the OD today since being unwired.
