Do you have, or can you get, a small electronic timer? That could

solve the problem of time lapse between band changes.

Friends gave me one that fits on a key ring -- it also helps me avoid

parking tickets!

I just try to change them with each meal. That seems to keep me on

track. Even if I only drink something, I still use that meal as my

reminder to change. I also change them before bed time, and when I

wake up in the morning after brushing. That is actually more often

than every 6 hours, but they said the more you change them the

stronger the elastics are, and the better results you get.
