Guest guest Posted November 10, 2003 Report Share Posted November 10, 2003 so I'm 2 years out and my favorite treat is chocolate. I was never into it like I am now. I've lost 150 pounds and watch the scale religiously. As soon as I gain 5 I go on Atkins and three days later I'm back at goal. Its a yo yo but I have to have my chocolate. Is it so wrong to try and eat normal? I eat whatever and whenever and as soon as I'm outside the safety zone, I'm back in the saddle. I could never fit tin a saddle before! So is this so wrong?
