Guest guest
Hi Annie,I always fear traveling, but usually I pack a lot of scd stuff, sliced cheese, canned olives, fresh tomatoes, fruit, probiotics, enzymes, bentonite, etc. but the only problem I ever seem to have is "travelers constipation", which I NEVER have otherwise. when I get back home everything returns to normal, so DON'T WORRY and have a great time, stay confident you'll be fine with you're new knowledge of food and it's effects on you.Scdp.s. take some bentonite with if you're really worried about d. Guest guest
Oh ! I understand what you mean I've been on a three day canoe-camping trip lately and did not have any bowel movement for the whole trip... but did in the half hour I was back home. Nothing's like our own bathroom ;P I hope it won't bugs me too much either. You have to leave your pride and your habits at home with toilets in asia, i heard. It will be a problem to me, I know. Should bring some dried prunes.... Never heard of bentonite before, is it easy to find ? Is it like immodium ?
