Uneven edges on lower jaw after BSSO/Genio/LeForte I??

Hi all,

I had BSSO(to shorten lower jaw)/Genio/LeForte I done about 2 years

ago. Recently I noticed there is a step-like " bump " on both sides of

the lower jaw, close to where the BSSO split line is (below the 1st or

2nd molar). A normal lower jaw is smooth on the bottom but mine has

uneven edges with the bumps. Worst thing is the bumps seem to be

getting bigger. I fear it's a case of relapse or bone shifting. It's

really depressing and it's scaring the hell out of me. What is the

cause of this? Anyone had a similar case? Is it reversible?
