Dee,

You are a bit farther up the northeast coast than I am. I live just

outside of Washington, DC. I am sure you are quite a bit cooler than

we are here in DC. Speaking of rain, it looks like it is getting

ready to storm any minute. On a good note, my flowers look great

because of all the rain and cooler than normal temps. My sister went

up last year to Maine to visit a friend and just loved it.

For some reason it takes me a bit longer than others to heal also. I

have had sinus, knee, and eye surgery and didn't recover as soon as

the doctors were expecting from these surgeries. After my sinus

surgery I ran a fever for 2 weeks. On a good note, I have been

preparing my body for this jaw surgery for quite some time by eating

right, exercising, and putting more protein in my diet. So that

hopefully will help out some.

Yes, I will keep in touch with you to see how your progress goes

along with updating you on mine! We can all get through this

together and can't wait to talk about being on the other side of

surgery!!
