I know all too well the feelings of being a " bypass failure " ! I gained

40lbs which is half of what I lost. I had a lot of medical problems and

surgeries. I was put on steroids which caused maybe half the weight gain. The

other

half however, was from eating out of control while dopped up on pain meds. My

husband tried to tell me but at the time I didn't want to hear it. I figured

eventually, I would get full because of the WLS. Didn't happen. Now, it

feels like before surgery. I am always hungry and can eat more than I should.

I have an appt with my surgeon to check the pouch and other things next week.

Until then, I am TRYING to eat the Atkins bars because they are high in

protein and I have limited my carbs to almost nothing. Maybe this will jump

start

my metabolism. I hope everything works out somehow for you.

Hugs,

Sansone
