Very tart is good, from a yogurt perspective - means all the lactose is gone.

So don't worry about

the 120 degrees.

Let the yogurt drip through a cheesecloth or thin dishtowel and then it won't be

soupy.

THANK-YOU ! Mara S. I did not want to throw this batch away since I was out,

Almost. like I had half cup left. But please tell me what temp should it read

when you take it out of yogurt maker. 100 degrees 110 120 ?
