It has been a year ago today since I had this life changing

surgery. I have went from 334 Lbs to 156-158 (bobbling back and

forth for what seems like FOREVER!!) in the last year! I have gone

from hardly being able to tie my own shoes, to being a Black Belt and

Assistant Martial Arts instructor. I run 2-4 miles 4 times a day, do

martial arts 3-4 hours a day 5 days a week, and am able to do more

physically then alot of natuarally thinner people.

There is all the good, now for the not so good. Mentally it has

been difficult the last few months with weight loss slowing down and

also being able to eat more. Can you guys tell me what you eat in a

day at this point? Are calories something I should concern myself

with. Yesterday I hada bad day where I just kinda layed around and

ate all day. I do this very RARELY and even though I ate larger

amounts than normal it was all high protein low carb foods. But I

probaly ate more than 2000 Calories. On average I eat 1500-1800

which I dunno if that is good or not....but with my level of activity

I don't know if it is healthy to not eat that much. Anyway, feedback

would be great! I am kinda confused and feeling bad about

yesterday. I don;t want to be depressed on my re-birthday.
