Guest guest
I asked this question in another post but I think it got lost in all the other stuff I was going on about so I'll ask it again. Does any one else who has less tight elastic bands on and a splint feel that sometimes they're teeth don't bite down into the right position? I noticed that a few times when I bite down, if I'm concentrating real hard it almost feels like my bite is misaligned and I have to consciously bite down again to get it right? Is this normal that you know of? Just wondering what everyone else's experience was. Also, any other mouth-breathers out there? I was so thrilled because post-op I found I was sleeping with my mouth closed and through my nose despite having a deviated septum. Now that my doc as moved me to less tight elastics I've found that I've gone back to mouth breathing. Any one else keep on mouthbreathing too?
