I do <hold on> Cheramino. It is not pleasant, but it is 30g down the hatch

before I get both eyes open. 2 hours later I can do a real shake. I often

DO them both before I attempt food.

Typical of our disease, I'd rather not have bfast til about 3pm. But still,

if I tried to eat oatmeal? Kerthud. I'm outta it. And that's recent, too.

Hasn't changed. My dad was eating oatmeal, and it looked SO warm and nummy.

Had to try it,. Oops. Lil nap
