Guest guest Posted August 19, 2003 Report Share Posted August 19, 2003 I've been having a shake while I make the kids breakfast between 7:30 - 8:00 am, next one around 10:30, the next one between 1-2 pm then another one around 5:30-6:00 pm. If I find that's not enough then I throw another one in during the day. I've been drinking a lot of water and today I ate a mozzarella cheese stick around 5:30. Making my last shake now. I'm hungry and just brought my daughter home from cheerleading practice. Kind of threw my schedule off. Getting in at least four shakes a day, possibly five. Very little food has passed these lips over the past week and I'm not missing it either. If I do eat something it is something with protein in it and very low to no carbs. Funny thing is I'm feeling much better, but had my third iron infusion yesterday and my counts actually dropped from 9 to 8.7. Convinced that the feeling better part is that I'm taking in so much protein and pretty much cleaned my system of the carbs and sugar.
