Guest guest
Welcome back Bob. Good to hear that all went well despite the swelling. Hopefully it will go down soon and hopefully by now you have figured out how to administer liquids via the syringe. I have a feeling that a lot of things in the recovery process are about practice making perfect. Much like babies tumble a lot when they first start walking. First they crawl, then they take baby steps and then they're able to stand and walk on their own. I view feeding oneself post-surgery something like that. First you try to feed yourself and everything just drools all over you, then you're able to get a few bits and pieces of food in and eventually you're back to being a full-fledged eating power house:-) Well keep us posted on your recovery this second time around. I will be rooting for you and keeping my fingers crossed that this time is for good.
