Guest guest
After being a stay at home mom, I decided to look at possible jobs for one day. A year ago, I thought it would be too difficult, but after being on SCD, it looks possible. Albeit, I am ambivalent, but one place keeps asking me to interview, so I am thinking about checking it out, for curiosity. I am still so busy with kids I am not sure what to do. The problem? They want to meet over lunch. I do so not want to do this. It would mean revealing my diet/gut issues which is not something I want to do in such a situation. I would like some advice about how to handle this. These are busy people so a lunch meeting is the obvious solution. The two extremes would be to cancel, pick at the illegal lunch- and pay the consequences, or ??? I don't know if I will have any input to the food prep if it is done on company cafeteria premises- not a restaurant. They almost always have pre-made sandwiches.
