I eat during the day, but i have noticed the last couple of days it is like i stay hungry, or at least i feel hungry. for instance today i had a protein shake for breakfast, then a little later i ate a string cheese with crakers, now im eating on a baked potato... I stop when i feel full, but then it seems lie in a few minutes im hungry again.. any one else experience this, and if so what did you do and did what you did work? amy dallas Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
