1 day post op

long time viewer, first time poster ....

just had surgery yesterday (upper, genio) and i thought i would be in

pain.

i havent taken any pain meds.. dont need them, i feel pretty good.. i

am a little light headed and drooling, yuck! and of course my sinuses

are clogged... and my face is pretty numb.

i had to stay in the hospital overnight because i was getting

nautious when i would stand up.. but that went away really quick.. i

kind of prefered staying overnight anyways. i would recommend it.

zip-n-squeeze is a lifesaver. my mom just made me a nice shake.

carnation instant breakfast with a egg and bananna.. not bad.

i am excited that everything, so far, is going well.. cant wait to

see the end result.

well thats all for now.. time to watch movies. good luck 2 everyone.

CONGRATULATIONS on making it to the other side and doing so well

already. I'm impressed, no pain killers. And there I was thinking I

was a tough cookie today since I've gone without codeine for the

whole day. Well good for you! Keep up the good recovery and enjoy the

movies.
