Sherri,

Thank you so much for writing. We do sound similar. Yes my teeth

are sideways on the left side, like they overhang instead of

touching, like half of one tooth touches and that's it. So how have

you teeth done without the rubber bands. Have they moved? I am

scared of things moving the wrong way. Every since my bite started

to open up and I could stick my tongue through it, guess about 2

months ago or so I always check to make sure my teeth are together

in the front. My midlines are off by like a tooth due to my upper

jaw so things look crooked. The ortho keeps putting chains on my

top teeth so I hope this is to try to move things over. I know how

you feel, the surgery should have corrected everything and

originally I was supposed to be out of braces by summer (this was

told to me before the surgery) so now the ortho has no idea when the

braces come off which sucks. I wish I didn't have the problem with

my top jaw being so thin. If it was normal then I probably wouldn't

have had all these problems now. Wish they could have known by xray

that my jaw was so thin but they couldn't. I will let you know what

the surgeon says tomorrow. I wrote down questions to ask him so I

don't forget. Please also let me know how your dr. appts go. You

can also email me at delopezc@.... It was so good to hear from

you.
