Guest guest
Skippy peanut butter is fine. Jelly is usually gluten free. Get gluten free bread from Whole Foods. You are in business. My 2 year old eats it all the time. The BEST bread, however, comes from kinickinick foods. Guest guest
I *think* we eat Smuckers Strawberry which contains: STRAWBERRY JUICE, HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP, CORN SYRUP, FRUIT PECTIN, CITRIC ACID. I'm not sure why you would think Citric Acid was a problem. -----Original Message-----From: pelmo [mailto:pelmo@...]Sent: Friday, November 22, 2002 8:20 PM Subject: RE: [ ] jelly is ok? Guest guest
http://www.clanthompson.com/day2day/foodlist.htm (Title is Know What's In The Food You Buy! ) Citric Acid: Gluten free: Unknown. Vegetarian: Unknown. Comments: Citric acid comes from corn and is gluten free when manufactured in the US. However, citric acid imported from other countries may be derived from other souces Smuckers Strawberry is GF. BTW, Did you know that carmel coloring is made from corn too? It's GF if made in the US. Only two companies make it for North America and both use corn. -----Original Message-----From: [mailto:mtaylor@...]Sent: Friday, November 22, 2002 8:37 PM Subject: RE: [ ] jelly is ok?
