Guest guest
Hi Amy, How about taking a walk? Go do some busy work, that seems to help me. Good luck and take care. Laurette 4/23/04 open rny 309/290/243/
Guest guest
I'd Say stay away from the house as much as you can make sure that you have a very busy schedule that week, People who tend to stay at home are presueded to eat more because of boredom, I know I do even though I had the surgery it doest stop me from picking on every thing from time to time so just keep yourself busy. > ok, i need help... Guest guest
Chew gum! All food tastes yucky when you have minty breath. While you're chewing, drink lots of water to fill your pouch, too. 11/18/03 284/249 preop/
Guest guest
Amy I say listen to Mother Nature when she calls your name but eat healthy. If you get too hungry I'd reach for the protein first though! Try some nuts or cheese. The protein will fill you up and help stop the cravings for other not-so-good foods. Someone suggested fruit but just so ya know...fruit has a lot of natural sugar in it that causes cravings for more sugar and carbs so you actually will sometimes end up being even hungrier sooner than later.
