Hello to all I am a newbe. Has anyone experienced aches and pains in muscles and joints - hot and cold burning pins and needles and feel nauseaus at times. I have been on the scd for 2 months. I suffer with IBS in other words do not know why you have pain in stomach and bowel 24 hours a day. It took awhile but pain has gone as long as I stick to scd. Also any hints on going to Vanuatu in August for first holiday in 10 years, hope all goes well. Has anyone taken food with them on international holidays. Any advice or comments greatly appreciated.
