Guest guest
I also do yoga everyday, like you, usually first thing in the A.M.You should never have a FULL stomach before doing yoga postures. It's OK to have a little something.it's best to start very slowly, with a few basic asanas, ( which in sanskrit means posture held COMFORTABLY) and to not do any harm by pushing yourself too soon.It does take a good deal of effort and concentration, so it's also important to relax in corpse posture at the end of the session, and it's also important to meditate either before or after doing the yoga postures. Meditation IS the most important practice in the practice of yoga, and all the other yoga practices support meditation, and it's usually an essential element of a good yoga class.I also love to walk, and I consider it the best, safest exercise you can do.I don't think the postures directly help CD, but I think they set the stage for a healthy properly functioning body. they balance the hormones/ glandular systems by stimulating the lymphatic system to circulate lymph, and they also get the blood flowing first thing in the morning.best
