Does anyone know if the licensed centers offer a free evaluation or is that just

the 13 clinics? We have a licenced center within 30 minutes of us, but it's not

in a clinic associated with our insurance.

I don't know, but it should be easy enough to call them. Also they might charge

you up front, but put your money toward a band later if you end up needing one

(I know a starband place that did that).
