Guest guest
Dee, Now that would be my dream right now to be able to work from home so I could recover from this surgery and no one could see my swollen face. I am sure the crossbite will eventually be okay. Maybe when I am banded in a few weeks that will help. My OS will be putting the bands in once the jaw is healed a little more. I have been on a liquid diet for 4 weeks now and my next appointment will be at 6 weeks post op. I got this week off from the OS because he is on vacation. At that time I will be banded for at least 3 to 4 weeks. I would say I still have quite a bit of more time for this soft diet. I am sure my OS is being extra careful because I have 10 root canal teeth and only 2 of them have crowns. So they can be easily damaged after all the movement from the surgery. I will have to check out those recipes you recommended since chewing is no where in sight! Get to work & don't overdo it! --Caboose > > > > > > I was looking at the photo albums and most are not labeled > > > > > > to what procedure each had.
