Guest guest
Hi everyone. I had my surgery on 11/02/01 and love my new lifestyle. The thing is, I have gone from a very active job as a postal worker sorting, boxing mail, sorting packages, waiting on customers, etc., to a desk job where I have become a " desk jockey " . It's been about a month now that I've been placed in this temporary assignment. I miss moving about and can hardly sit still all day! But the real issue here is that in the middle of the night now, I get foot and leg cramps so badly that I must get out of bed and walk. Any suggestions? I have been exercising and taking my vitamins and the only real change is the job description. Thanks. Maxine 11/02/01 down 114 lbs.
