Guest guest Posted September 6, 2003 Report Share Posted September 6, 2003 I would be interested in hearing from those of you who have had tummy tucks and then went on to do sit-ups to strengthen your tummy. Did you have any difficulty or did you find you had to modify your situps or exercises at all? I sometimes end up with major " charlie horse " type feeling to the right of my surgery scar when I try to do situps. Is this common? Thanks in advance for your thoughts and advice. I would also like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who responded to my diet soda question. I am keeping an eye on things right now and will keep everyone informed if I do end up being diagnosed with an ulcer, acid reflux or fistula. Thanks again people, you are the greatest.
