Guest guest
Good luck. Let us know how it turns outThanks for the encouragement, Misty :-) I took my almond nut milk yoghurt out of the fridge this morning and it had separated - the top 1/4 at least looks like yoghurt (and I am now straining it through coffee filters to thicken it up) - the bottom 3/4s is a yellow coloured clear liquid! Back to reading posts now on what went wrong and how to make more successful yoghurt next time! The great SCD adventure continues :-)CheersACIBS 13/3/09SCD 16/6/10no meds IBSpre-SCD Severe Depression
Guest guest
I'm new here - but have found that if you leave the lid off - the inside lids or lids - when the yoghurt is in the machine - there is less yellowy liquid and the yogurt turns out better. Slow evaporation. Also, I try to stir it a few times in the first few hours and that seems to help avoid two layers.Ruth
