Guest guest
If a supplement or medication says, " Take with food, " does a protein > shake qualify as " food? " =========================== When a medication says to take with food, its to coat your stomach so the medication will not irritate the stomach. Strong antibiotics like Biaxin, etc. Some medications are extremenely tough on the gastric system I take mine with a shake. I make it nice and thick with crushed ice cubes and the pills go down fine. Guest guest
You have me in fits of laughter with this one.... I took narcotics with me from Knoxville to Australia and back again. It was mainly customs who would say anything about them, but all that is required is a letter from your doctor outlining your illness and the list of painkillers and other drugs you need to have with you. Their strength, name and I got them to put which pain killer was for which illness...only because I had Actiq & Avinza for Pancreatitis, and Percocet for the tumour pain. If any medications you have are made from plants or animals/byproducts which some are, a permit is required for those, but that is only if taking them out of the country. And if you think that you would never have anythingn like that in your possession, lots of the diet pills have plant matter or other " stuff " in them. But again, most of this is only required if leaving the country. Hope i've helped you with this....oh and just make sure you keep your assault rifle in your baggage, they object to it being in your carryon luggage *LOL*
