Stay away from the soy protein....it is disgusting. Do you have a GNC

by you? They have a great flavored vanilla that I use in my smoothies.

You could use half a scoop of protein and 1 cup of Carb Countdown milk

instead. I know I tried the soy stuff and I about gagged. The non-soy

stuff is much better. I don't have the can with me, but if you want the

name, email me at rdelong@...

I put coffee in my vanilla whey protein shake instead. I haven't

tried the other way around. Janet
