Guest guest
Stay away from the soy protein....it is disgusting. Do you have a GNC by you? They have a great flavored vanilla that I use in my smoothies. You could use half a scoop of protein and 1 cup of Carb Countdown milk instead. I know I tried the soy stuff and I about gagged. The non-soy stuff is much better. I don't have the can with me, but if you want the name, email me at rdelong@... Robin
Guest guest
I put coffee in my vanilla whey protein shake instead. I haven't tried the other way around.
