I buy the quaker q-smart bars as well. I purchased mine about a

month ago from Giant Eagle. They also have Q-Smart Snack Crisps.

They are awesome! I still have a few of the bars left because I

really have no appetite for sweets but force myself to eat them for

added protein. Nutrition for crisps 120 Cal., 4 Fat, Carb 7, Fiber

1, Sugar 1, Protein 14. This is for a 1 oz. serving, about 47 pieces

it says. Just wanted to let everyone else know.

I forgot to mention that they come in either ranch or nacho cheese

flavors. I think they are the same nutrition wise. I was listing the

nutrition from the ranch ones.
