OD on Air in the mornings ()

This is how I am exactly too! You said it perfectly! I'm " totally carb

sensitive " in the

mornings. And, if I'm in a hurry and I can't get my shake in the mornings, if I

eat something

else later in the day first thing..... I'm running to the bathroom immediately.

Nothing makes

our pouches smile like our shakes in the mornings eh?

Also, I can OD on air in the morning. I really need to have some solid food on

board (that's

after protein supp, of course) before I hit anything with many carbs. That's the

only time of

day I'm " total carb " sensitive.
