I'm about 3 weeks away from my orthognathic surgery, and while I don't

believe I'm a terribly bad case, I do anticipate it will correct a lot

of flaws that I am self-conscious about. I foresee myself becoming

much more confident in my appearance, God willing the procedure goes

on without a hitch.

How much did it change your life?

Oh, I have a second question.

I currently weigh about 230 lbs. How much weight should I expect to

lose as I recover?
