Guest guest
Hi , I'm in the same boat you are. My insurance requires 6 months of monitored weight loss and a psych eval. for approval. My PCP wants the sleep study and stress test. My stress test is next Monday the 30th, my sleep study is Sept. 9th. Sept. is my 4th month of monitored weight loss. My husband and I go to a support group meeting this saturday that is run by the surgeon's staff and my first consultation with the surgeon is Oct. 25th. They said I should be scheduled for my surgery in January - 5 months away but I know it will go quickly. Just not quickly enough. I hope everything goes quickly for you. If everything goes as scheduled we should both have our surgery close to the same time.
